I love having leftover turkey.....You are SO lucky! I love having leftover turkey...my favorite way to use it up is to make open-faced hot turkey sandwiches. Heat up gravy, turkey and stuffing or dressing, put the bread on a plate, put turkey slices on bread, top with stuffing, pour on some gravy, and YUM!!
