One of my favorite things? Several bags full of turkey currently resting in the freezer (and quite a few leftovers in the fridge). I'm eyeballing Safeway's Leftover Lounge right now for ideas on repurposing the things I've got. The Garlic Turkey Enchiladas looks interesting. You are SO lucky! I love having leftover turkey...my favorite way to use it up is to make open-faced hot turkey sandwiches. Heat up gravy, turkey and stuffing or dressing, put the bread on a plate, put turkey slices on bread, top with stuffing, pour on some gravy, and YUM!! ENJOY!!
