Target

Target is looking pretty good this week, they seem to have lots of freebies and cheap items. I went earlier this week for a super quick trip (Ryan needed a new outfit) so I didn't plan ahead. I think I may need to head over to take advantage of some of these deals:
  • Chex Mix- there's a Target printable for $1 off and $0.99 bags in the checkout lanes= FREE
  • Hershey's Bliss Bars- are also $0.99 in the checkout lanes with a $1 Target printable= FREE
  • Small Glade Soy Candles- $5.79 each, with $5 giftcard when you buy 2. Using $4 coupons from last week, you'd make money buying these!
  • Nabisco Snack Sacks- $1.52, use the $1 target printable and pay only $0.52

If you have a Super Target you can use the $1 apples coupon and get them free if you buy the $0.99/lb apples. Free produce is awesome, and I wish I could take advantage of that deal! You can find most of the printables on Targets website, or you can use a generator and print multiples of the ones you want (it saves paper!). There's a good one right here.

FYI, Target's official policy allows the use of both one manufacturer coupon and one Target coupon for one item. Target coupons are marked so you can only use one of each kind in each transaction, although nothing is stopping you from doing more than one transaction a day. They DO NOT allow overage and should adjust the coupon down to the price of the item, per their official policy. Some cashiers don't care and will push it through, others will insist that you can't use the coupon at all. If you're nervous about doing the deals, simply email Target for a copy of their policy and take it along with you.
