None of the Safeways around my area will take them?
Heather, the one closest to me will not- they keep printouts of the IP policy at each register, but the one across town does (even the manager has okay'd it- he loves when people get free groceries). You might also try Walmart (they're just a bit over $2 each there) or Albertsons (who practically never turns down an IP). good luck!
