Shopping Frugal had a post recently about a coupon she found for $10 off a purchase of $10 or more at JC Penny's, and I've been keeping an eye out ever since. Well, we got that same coupon in the JC Penny ad today. The coupon is good August 10th - 22nd...what a great way to get something free/cheap!
